Sally O’Donoghue & Valerie Stevens – Conveyancers
The principal players in our residential Conveyancing
Department are Sally O’Donoghue and Valerie Stevens who between
them handle all aspects of residential conveyancing including the
sale or purchase of both Freehold and Leasehold property.
We provide advice and guidance to our clients right
from the very early stages of a property move including dealing
with Banks, Building Societies and lending institutions generally
with their often complicated and confusing lending policies and
criteria. We also provide advice on tenancies or short hold occupations
and occupation rights generally as well as Declarations of Trusts
in respect of the same.
As a flourishing conveyancing department Sally
and Valerie have been working closely together for a number of years
building up a friendly but professional relationship with both existing
and new clients. They have developed a lot of local professional
contacts and are happy to pass on the benefit of their own advice,
expertise and experience as well as the introduction of their professional
contacts with a view to seeing that any property transaction is
handled quickly, smoothly and efficiently.
Our aim is to take a lot of the anxiety and
